What will be deleted
- Your profile, addresses, and saved preferences
- Cart, subscriptions, and wishlist data
- Push notification tokens and marketing opt-ins
- Login credentials (you will be signed out everywhere)
What we must retain
Past order invoices and payment records are retained for up to 7 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting law. These are anonymised where possible.
